Public Comment Period for Draft Utility-Scale Solar Energy and Utility-Scale Onshore Wind Energy Programmatic Environmental Impact Statements (PEISs)



Ecology is now accepting comments on two draft PEISs:

  • Utility-scale solar energy facilities
  • Utility-scale onshore wind energy facilities


Comments are due by 11:59 p.m., Oct. 28, 2024.


Comments on one document will be considered for the other, so you only need to make comments once. Please refer to the crosswalk in each document to learn about the differences between them.
