Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation General Permit - Early feedback

We have started the reissuance process for the Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) General Permits. As part of our process, we want your input on what you would like to see in the next version of the permits. 


Please note that this form is for the purpose of submitting informal feedback to the Washington State Department of Ecology. We will not be providing formal response to this feedback. Commenter contact information is optional. However, contact information is necessary if you want to receive future notices related to this topic. 


The current permit was last issued Dec. 7, 2022, and is scheduled to expire Jan. 5, 2028. This feedback will be considered in the redevelopment of a draft version of the revised permit.
